Management and Executive Retreat
Location
Noumea, New Caledonia
Client
Pacific Community
Description
361 Degrees partnered with the Pacific Community to co-design and facilitate a three-day leadership retreat for 28 senior leaders from across the Pacific region.
Working closely with the client, we designed the retreat agenda, workshop content and facilitation approach to create an engaging and reflective experience that balanced strategic thinking with practical problem solving. Drawing on soft systems thinking and futures methodologies, the retreat explored complex organisational challenges and emerging opportunities through a combination of facilitated discussions, real-time scenarios, team building exercises and creative thinking activities.
The retreat brought together leaders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, creating a safe and collaborative environment to build relationships and understand future priorities.
Project Outcomes
The retreat delivered several significant outcomes including:
- A shared definition of organisational success for the coming year
- Future models of service delivery and organisational collaboration
- Leadership commitments to individual and collective wellbeing
- Stronger relationships and alignment across the senior leadership team
Participant feedback highlighted the value of the Retreat: “The retreat had the right balance of serious work and strategic thinking that needed to happen with practical solutions, creative, team building and social organic activities – it was a huge success in my view!”
