Urban Renewal

The Bentley Redevelopment Project is a major urban renewal initiative to transform a historically underutilised 31-hectare site into a diverse, connected and sustainable residential community of approximately 800–1,000 new homes.

With 361 Degrees support, DevelopmentWA was able to deliver a 14-hectare redevelopment of approximately 700 new homes, including private, affordable and social housing, together with commercial opportunities and enhanced public open space.
